Meryl’s Mango and Shrimp Wrap

A healthy and delicious wrap with mango and shrimp!

Shrimp
 500 g shrimppeeled, deveined and skin-off
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp cooking oil
Mango Salsa
 1 cup diced mangoes
 1 red oniondiced
 3 tomatoesdiced
 1 tbsp calamansi juice
 salt and pepperto taste
Garlic Sauce
 ½ cup sour cream
 2 tsp grated garlic
 1 tsp chili powder
 salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
 tortilla wrapromaine lettuce
Shrimp

Combine the shrimp, paprika, black pepper and salt. Marinte for at least 10 mins

In a pan, cook the shrimp for 2 mins.

Mango Salsa

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper

Garlic Sauce

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

Place the tortilla wrap in a chopping board. Spread 1 tbsp of the garlic sauce on the tortilla

Add the lettuce, shrimp and mango salsa. Fold the wrap then toast the wrap.

Serve with extra garlic sauce on the side.
