A chicken molo soup made with coconut!
In a bowl, combine all wonton ingredients except for the wonton wrapper. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Place a wonton wrapper on a work surface then scoop a tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center of the wonton wrapper. Grab one edge of the wonton wrapper then fold diagonally and seal tightly. Repeat the process until you have finished all wrapped all the filling. Set aside
In a stock pot, saute garlic, ginger, and red onions until fragrant. Add the coconut water, lemongrass, and chicken cubes and let it boil for five minutes. Lower heat then drop the chicken wonton, siling haba and papaya. Simmer for ten more minutes or until the papaya is tender. Adjust seasoning with patis and white pepper.Drop the dahon ng sili a few minutes before serving.
When ready to serve ladle the wonton pieces and soup in a bowl then sprinkle the fried garlic and green onions
