In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper

Add about 1-2 tbps of the siomai filing to the siomai wrapper.

Form the siomai then topped with a whole oyster.

Steam the siomai for 15-20 minutes.

Transfer to a plate then serve with calamansi, chili oil and soy sauce
