Pan-Seared Chicken And Apples Macaroni Salad

 ¼ kg chicken thigh fillet
 3 tbsp garlicpeeled and minced
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 pcs calamansijuiced
 2 tbsp margarine
  tsp black pepper ground
 1 tbsp cooking oil
 470 ml Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
 400 g macaroni pastacooked
 1 tbsp white onionsfinely chopped
 2 pcs celery stalksminced
 1 pc fuji applecored and cut into chunks
 1 cup romaine lettuceroughly chopped
 2 pcs calamansijuiced
 1 tsp white sugar
 salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, calamansi.

Place chicken in a bowl with the other ingredients. Marinade, season with pepper. Let it sit in the ref for about 30 minutes.

Take a pan/ skillet and place it on medium heat. Pour oil and add the margarine to melt.

Take the marinated chicken fillets and pan sear and cook for about 8-12 minutes until cooked all the way through.

Flake into strips. Set aside.

In a large bowl, pour in cooked macaroni, prepped chicken strips, white onions, celery, apples, and lettuce.

Pour in the Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise and calamansi juice and toss it all together until well combined.

Season with salt pepper and sugar and toss again to combine all flavors.
