Paskong Pinoy Fruit Salad

A delightful and homey fruit salad to enjoy this Christmas!

 1 can fruit salad
 1 cup nata de coco
 1 cup diced apples
 1 cup young coconutsliced into thin slivers
 ¾ cup cheddar cheesecut into small cubes
 2 (150 ml) cans Alaska Crema Asada
 Maraschino cherriesfor garnish

Drain the juice of the fruit cocktail completely. When the fruit cocktail has been drained, combine it with the nata de coco, diced apples, young coconut, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

Pour the Alaska Crema Asada over the ingredients. Mix well until everything is well combined.

Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight.

Transfer it to serving cups and garnish each serving with maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
