Delicious keto friendly snack buns!

Combine eggs, cream cheese, peanut butter and unsalted butter in a large bowl and mix well.

Add coconut flour, stevia, and baking powder. to the same bowl. Stir until smooth. Let the dough rest for about 5-10 minutes.

Shape into separate buns and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at a 350F or 185C pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or until the buns are a nice golden color.

Allow the keto bread to cool. Then cut it in half.

In a cold bowl combine heavy cream and splenda until stiff peaks.

In the center of the keto bun, pipe the stiff whipping cream. Put the other half of the bread on top.

Add some powdered stevia on top. Serve!
