In a bowl, soak the beef liver in milk for 1-2 hours. Strain, pat dry, and then season with salt and pepper

In a shallow pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat then deep-fry the beef sirloin and beef liver in batches. When done, set the meat aside.

Remove cooking oil from the pan but leave about 5 tablespoons of frying oil. Sauté the red and white onions until translucent. Add the fried beef sirloin, beef liver, and cabbage. Season with the oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.

When done, remove from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with calamansi and vinegar.
