Pinakbet ni Gabriela Silang

 1 garlic bulbchopped
 3 tomatoeschopped
 2 red onionchopped
 1 bunch sitawchopped
 2 eggplantschopped
 2 ampalayachopped
 10 okra cut in half
 3 tbsp bagoong isda
 saltto season
 ½ kg bagnet
 oil for frying

In a palayok, place the garlic, tomatoes and red onion.

Layer the sitaw eggplant. Ampalaya and okra in the palayok.

Add the bagoong isda and season with salt.

Cook the pinakbet on low heat for 15-20 mins

Fry the bagnet until crispy.

Top the bagnet on the pinakbet then serve.
