A classic tomato based Pinoy stew!

In a pan, cook the chorizo until the fat renders. Set aside

In the same pan, sear the beef until browned.

Add the red onion, garlic and tomatoes then cook for 3 mins or until fragrant.

Pour in the tomato sauce and water then add the beef cube.

Add the beef and boil for 10 min then simmer for 1-2 hours or until the beef is tender.

Once the beef is tender, place back the chorizo then add the saging na saba and garbanzos. Cook for 3 mins.

Stir in the pechay and simmer for another minute.

Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper. Transfer to aserving plate and serve with rice.
