Salsa
 1 pc medium red onionchopped finely
 5 pcs tomatoesdiced into small cubes
 1 pc mangochopped finely
  cup mango juice
 salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
Beef
 2 cups ground beef
 1 pc large red onionfinely Chopped
 2 pcs garlic clovesminced
 ½ tsp cumin powder
 ¾ cup and 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
 1 cup water
 saltto taste
Cheese Sauce
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp and ½ teaspoon flour
 ½ cup water
 ¼ cup and 1 teaspoon full cream milk powder
 2 ½ tsp cheese powder
 salt, chili powder, and ground black pepper to taste
Assembly
 1 pack Regent Potato Crackers, Seaweed Flavor
 grated cheeseto taste
 cubed cream cheeseto taste

Mix onions, tomatoes, and mango with mango juice.

Set aside. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Beef

In a saucepan over medium heat, place a little amount of oil. Saute onion and garlic.

Put ground beef and continue cooking until beef turns brown.

Mix in tomato sauce and water, cover and wait until it boils. Continue to simmer until the mixture is dry.

Add cumin powder and salt.

Cheese Sauce

Mix water and full cream milk powder in a pot and place over low fire until completely dissolved. Set aside.

In a saucepan under low fire, melt butter and put flour while mixing until properly combined.

Combine dry ingredients and milk mixture and continue mixing until thickened.

Assembly

In a serving dish, place a layer of Regent Potato Crackers Seaweed Flavor. Add beef, salsa, cheese sauce, grated cheese, and cream cheese. Repeat layers until finished. Serve immediately.
