Rice Paper Noodles are a trending recipe that’s as simple as it is flavorful, making it a perfect go-to for quick meals. All you need to do is layer rice paper noodles with fresh cilantro and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a fragrant, textured base. Then, drizzle over a bold and tangy sauce made from gochugaru, black vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce for a spicy-sweet kick. Rice Paper Noodles
 20 sheet rice paper
 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
 2 tsp sesame seeds
 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Sauce
 1 1/2 cup warm water
 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
 1 tbsp chili powder
 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
 1 tsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp black vinegar
 3 tbsp sesame oil

Place the  rice paper wrapper in the warm water for a few seconfs until it softens.

Place the cilantro leaves around then put another soaked rice wrapper on top.

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and top another soaked rice wrapper on top.

Slice the rice paper into noodles and let it dry for awhile.

In a bowl combine,  gochugaro, chilli powder, granulated sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.

 Add the noodles on the sauce and top with green onion. Mix and serve.
