A tasty and flavorful fish baked inside a salt crust!

Combine the asin buy-o and water in bowl. Mix until it the salt has a crumbly texture

Rub the outside of the pompano with oil.

Stuff the pompano with tanglag, lemon, garlic and ginger.

In a baking tray, add a layer of the salt mixture. Place the fish on top of the salt mixture then top and seal it with the remaining salt mixture. Make sure that the salt mixture if sealed and packed.

Bake the fish for 20-30 mins at 400F

After baking, cut the salt crust and discard the salt. Serve the fish
