Sausage Curry

 1 tbsp cooking oil
 2 pcs Robina Hungarian Sausage
 2 pcs Robina Cheese Hungarian Sausage
 2 white onion
 1 garlic bulb
 2 tbsp curry powder
 1 pork cube
 2 cups water
 2 potatoeschopped
 1 carrotchopped
 1 cup coconut milk
 2 green bell pepperchopped
 fish sauceto taste
 salt and pepperto taste
 spring onion or parsleyfor garnish

In a pan, sear the sausages, chop, and then set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the white onion and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes.

Sprinkle in the curry powder and pork cube.

Pour water into the pan then, boil for 10 mins.

Add the potatoes and carrots. Pour the coconut milk then simmer until the vegetables are cooked.

Place the sausages back in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the bell peppers, then cover for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper. Add chilies if you want it spicy.

Serve on top of rice.
