
In a small pot over medium heat, quickly poach the leftover seafood mix in the fish broth with ginger and salt for 3 minutes.

In a food processor, add -in order – the poached seafood, fish broth, patis, black pepper, sugar, potato, bell pepper, spring onion, cornstarch, flour, and water. blend until a smooth, thick paste.

Take some of the seafood mixture and place cheese sticks in the middle. wrap the stuffed mixture in nori then coat with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs until well coated.

Fry for a few minutes, until golden and cooked through.
