Get rid of impurities

In a large pot add combine water and pork ribs then boil for 5-7 mins. Discard the liquid to get rid of the impurities or remove the impurities with a spoon until the broth is clear of them.

Add aromatics and seasoning

Add in the pot the pickle juice, kamias, tomato, red onion, and sinigang sa sampaloc mix. Add more water until all the ingredients are submerged. Boil for 45 mins-1 hour or until the pork ribs is tender.

Cook the vegetables

Add in the labanos, okra and siling haba in the pot. Cook for about five mins. Add in the string beans, eggplant, kangkong, and pickles. Adjust the taste with salt and fish sauce. Cook for a few minutes before turning of the heat.

Serve

When done transfer to a serving bowl and serve with rice.
