Up the ante with our Sizzling Tokwa't Baboy—a symphony of textures and flavors that transforms a classic Filipino dish into a sizzling sensation on your plate.

 ½ kg pork liempo
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 4 calamansiseeded and juiced
 ½ cup white vinegar
 ground black pepperto season
 1 block tofucubed
 cooking oil for frying
 1 ½ tbsp mince garlic
 3 small onionsminced
 1 siling pansigangcut diagonally
 ½ cup water
 3 stalks scallions
 2 salted eggs sliced

Marinate pork in garlic powder, soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi and ground black pepper for an hour.

Simmer pork with its marinade in a casserole until tender, around 20-30 minutes. When done remove the liempo and slice.

Using the same pot with the marinade saute the garlic, onions, and siling pangsigang. Season with salt and pepper. When done remove from heat and set aside.

In a medium sized pan over medium heat, fry the tofu with cooking oil. Set aside.

On a serving dish such as a heat stone plate, place the cooked pork and tofu and pour the previously prepared mixture oven them. Top with scallions and salted egg.
