Spam and Egg Fried Rice

Beat the eggs and cook them in a hot pan. When done remove from heat and set aside.

Spam and Egg Fried Rice

In the same pan add the  cooking oil. Once hot, add the SPAM cubes and cook until they’re crispy and browned on all sides.

Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. At this point, you can add additional vegetables like carrots, mushrooms, and green peas.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well. Pour in the soy sauce or liquid seasoning, then stir to coat the rice evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to get slightly crispy at the bottom. Lastly, add the scrambled eggs into the rice.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
