Krabby Patty with a sweet and delecious jelly!

 500 g ground beef
 1 tbsp hondashi powder
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 salt and pepperto season
 sesame buns
 4 -5 slices american cheddar
 2 tomatoessliced into rings
 lettuce
 ketchupfor toppings
 mustardfor toppings
 sliced picklesfor toppings
 Fries and seaweed for garnish
Jelly Onions
 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 4 pcs red onionssliced
 2 tbsp grape jelly
 salt and pepper to season

In a bowl, combine the ground beef and hondashi powder. Mix well. Form into balls or patties.

Fry the burger based on your preference. Set aside

Toast the buns then start assembling the burger. Place the patty, a 1 tsp of ketchup, 1 tsp of mustard, 3-4 pcs of pickles, Jelly onion, lettuce, cheese and grape jelly in between the buns.

Serve. Optional served with fries and seaweeds

In a pan melt butter. Add the red onions and cook for 10-15 mins on low heat to caramelized the onions.

Season with salt and pepper then add the grape jelly. Cook for 2 mins then set aside.
