A healthy dish made steamed tilapia and a tangy tausi sauce!

Tausi Sauce
1

In a pan, saute the garlic, red onions, tomato and ginger. Cook until the tomatoes are tender. You can add the siling labuyo but this is optional.

Add the tausi, water and sugar. Simmer until the tausi is tender.

Season with salt and pepper then set aside

Place the sliced ginger and kamias inside the whole fish.

Place a foil in a work surface then arrange mango leaves.

Place the fish on top of the mango leaves then pour about ½ cup of the tausi sauce.

Cover and seal the fish with foil then steam for 25-30 mins.

Transfer to a serving plate then drizzle sesame oil and garnish with sliced kamias, and onion leeks. Serve
