A memorable Valentine's day four-course meal set under P 850

Mini Butterboard
 1 tbsp canola oil
 1 garlic bulbsliced
 1 block unsalted buttersoftened
 ¼ cup chopped honey roasted peanuts
 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
 salt and pepper
 ½ loaf bread or 6 pcs of Pan de salsliced into desired shape and toasted
Corn and Leeks soup
 1 tbsp canola oil
 3 stalk onion leekschopped green and white part seperated
 4 garlic cloveschopped
 ½ chicken cube
 1 can (425 g) corn kernelsset aside the corn broth, set aside
 1 bay leaf
 salt and pepperto taste
 ½ cup all-purpose cream
Surf and Turf Paella
 300 g sirloin steak
 salt and black pepperto season
 1 tsp Spanish Paprika
 2 tbsp canola oil
 1 garlic bulbminced
 2 tbsp kasubha
 ½ tbsp dried thyme
 1 beef cube
 4 tomatoessliced
 2 cups water
 1 cup short grain rice
 250 g head-on and peeled
 1 can green peas
 ½ cup green bell peppersdiced
 1 lemoncut into wedges
No-Bake Coffee and Chocolate Cheesecake
Crust
 ½ cup crushed cookies or crushed grahams
 ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
Filling
 100 g cream cheese
 ¼ cup white sugar
 ½ cup all-purpose cream
 ½ cup milk
 ¼ cup water
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 1 tbsp instant coffee
 ½ envelope gelatin powder
 ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
 1 tsp salt

In a pan, place the canola oil and cooked the garlic slices until its fragrant or a bit golden in color. Set aside.

Spread the softened butter in a cheese board.

Top with the fried garlic, peanunuts, parsley, and basil.Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with the toasted bread.

Corn and Leeks Soup

In a small pot, pour canola oil and saute the white part of onion leeks and garlic until fragrant.

Add the corn kernels in the pan and cook for two minutes.

Add in the chicken cube, bay leaf, corn broth and three cups of water. Stir and boil for three minutes then simmer for ten minutes.

Blend using an immersion blender or food processor.

Transfer back to the pot and add the cream. Simmer for five minutes.

Transfer to a bowl. Garnish with corn kernels and green part of onion leeks then serve.

Surf and Turf Paella

Pat dry both sides of the sirloin steak the pound it to tenderize. Season with salt, black pepper, and Spanish paprika.

In a paellera, add the canola oil then sear the sirloin steak on both sides until it creates a crust. Let it rest for five minsutes then sliced into cubes.

Saute the garlic in the paellera until fragrant. Add the kasubha and dried thyme the saute for another minute.

Add the rice then stir to incorporate everything.

Add the beef cubes, tomato and two cups of water then stir. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the paellera with foil and cook for 30 minutes.

After the 25 minutes, Remove the cover then placed the shrimp, sirloin steak green peas, and green bell pepper on top of the rice. Cover again and cook for another five minutes.

Garnish with lemon wedges then serve.
