Sausage & Egg Pan De Sal
 300 g ground pork
 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp dried sage
 ½ tsp dried thyme
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp black ground pepper
 salt to season
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 2 eggsscrambled or sunny side up
 6 pcs pan de sal
 6 sliced cheddar cheese
Sausage & Potato Hash
 300 g potatodiced
 2 tbsp canola oil
 3 pcs Italian sausage or beef franks sliced
 1 green bell pepperdiced
 1 red onionchopped
 1 white onionchopped
 1 tsp spanish paprika
 1 tsp red chili flakes
 salt and pepper to season
 2 eggs sunny side up
 chopped spring onionfor garnish
French Toast Grilled Cheese
 3 eggs
 ½ cup fresh milk
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 pinch of salt
 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 2 tbsp canola oil
 4 pcs white bread
 4 slices cheddar cheese
 powdered sugar for garnish
 maple syrupoptional
Sausage & Egg Pan De Sal

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Form the mixture into small patties then set aside

In a pan, Fry the patties for 2 mins on each side then top with cheddar cheese.

Cover the pan until the cheese melts then set aside the patties.

In the same pan, cook the eggs depending on your preference. Set aside

Cut the pan de sal in the middle then toast on the pan.

Once the pan de sal, place the sausage patties and egg in the pan de sal. Serve

Sausage & Potato Hash

In a pan, add the oil then fry the potatoes in low-heat for 3-4 for minutes or until tender.

Add the sausage and cook for 2-3 mins.

Add the bell peppers and onions in the pan and saute for 2 mins.

Season with spanish paprika, chili flakes, salt and pepper.

Transfer to a serving plate then top with eggs

French Toast Grilled Cheese

Sandwich 2 slices of cheese in between the bread.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon powder and salt. Dip the bread in the egg mixture unti the bread soaks the mixture.

In a pan, heat the butter and oil on lower heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bread is turn slightly brown. Flip the bread and cook for another minute.

Transfer to a plate then sprinkle with confectioner sugar. Serve with butter or maple syrup
