 1 can luncheon meat
 ½ cup cornstarch
 cooking oilfor frying

 ½ cup water
 ½ cup vinegar
 ¼ cup white sugar
 ½ tbsp cornstarchfor slurry
 1 can pineapple chucksjuice set aside
 1 green bell pepperdiced
 salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Tofu Peanut Bowl
 1 block firm tofu diced
 ½ cup cornstarch
 salt and pepperto season
 cooking oilfor frying
 1 can mushroomstock set aside
 1 red oniondiced
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 onion leeksfor garnish
 sesame seedsfor garnish
 ½ cup peanut butter
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 1 tsp white sugar
 2 siling labuyo
 1 tsp grated garlic
 1 tsp grated ginger
 salt and pepper to season
Pork Menchi Katsudon
 200 g ground pork
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 ½ tbsp garlic powder
 2 red onionsdiced
 1 egg
 salt and pepperto season
 1 egg
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 ½ cup panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
 cooking oilfor frying
 1 cup tomato ketchup
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 salt and pepperto season

Combine the luncheon meat and cornstarch

In a pan, fry the luncheon meat until crispy. Set aside

In the same pan, saute the red onion, ginger and tomato paste. Cook until the oil of the tomato paste renders.

Add the water and juice of the pineapple chunks then boil for 1 min. Stir to incorporate everything. Add the white sugar and vinegar then simmer for 5 mins. Thicken the sauce by adding the slurry.

Season with salt and pepper then add the pineapple chunks, green bell pepper and fried luncheon meat.

Serve with rice and garnish with onion leeks.

Spicy Tofu Peanut Bowl

In a pan, combine all the peanut sauce ingredients. Set aside

Combine the cornstarch and tofu in a bowl.

Fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside

In a pan, saute the red onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add the peanut sauce and mushroom stock then simmer for three minutes.

Add the fried tofu and mix well to coat the tofu.

Serve with rice then garnish with sesame seeds and onion leeks.

Combine all the tonkatsu sauce ingredients. Set aside

In a bowl, combine the ground pork, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, red onions, and egg. Season with salt and pepper then mix.

Form into small patties then set aside.

Prepare your breading station and start breading the patties in flour, beaten egg, and panko.

In a pan, shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with the the tonkatsu sauce and rice.
