A chocolate-y and luscious chocolate cake made rich with mayonnaise!

In a large bowl, combine the lukewarm water, mayonnaise, and vanilla extract until well blended. Set aside.

In another large bowl, sift and combine the all-purpose flour, coffee powder, granulated sugar, tablea powder, and baking soda.

Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the mayonnaise mixture until blended.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a prepared pan lined with parchment paper. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C/ 350°F for 30 minutes. When done remove it from the oven and let it cool.

In a large bowl combine softened butter, tablea powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend well with a hand mixer.

Place the cake on a cake board or plate.

Using a spatula, spread the frosting on the cake.

Garnish with candied pili. Slice and serve.
