An appetizing rice bowl made with a kinilaw halibut!

Tampal Puke
 500 g Tampal PukeFillet and sliced into cubes
 ½ cup vinegar
 ¼ cup calamansi
 salt and pepperto season
Soy Sriracha Mayo
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 3 tbsp sriracha
 3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
 1 tbsp sesame oil
Assembly
 3 cups cooked rice
 nori sheets
 chopped cucumber
 chopped ripped mangoes
 atsara
 chopped green onions

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the fish for at least 30 mins.

Strain the fish and set aside.

Combine the Tampal puke and sriracha mayo. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside

In a bowl, place the rice then topped with the Tampal puke, nori sheets, chopped cucumber, green onions, mangoes and atsara. Serve
