Sesame sauce







Make sesame sauce

Combine all the ingredients then season with salt and pepper. Set aside

Cook the noodles

Fill a pot with water and let it boil over medium high heat. Drop the noodles and let it cook until tender. When done strain the noodles and reserve about 1/2 cup of the noodle water. Set the noodles aside.

Pour a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium high heat. Fry the beef tapa until cooked. Set aside,

In the same pan, sauté the garlic, onions, carrots, singkamas, and bell pepper. Add the noodles and sesame sauce. If the noodles look a bit dry add in the noodle water. A few minutes before removing from the heat add in the onion leeks.

Transfer the stir-fried noodles to a plate then garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds. Serve with soft boil egg.
