The classic flavorful Tinola with blood prepared by Tandang Sora.
In a palayok, saute the red onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken and rice washing in the palayok. Boil for 15 mins then simmer for 1 hour
Add the dried blood and simmer for 15 mins.
Add the green papaya and cook for 3 mins.
Season with fish sauce and add the dahol ng sili. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve!
