 1 cup canola oil
 2 tbsp peeled and chopped turmeric
 3 garlic bulbsminced
 6 red chilischopped
 1 tbsp salt

Turmeric Chili Oil

Combine oil and turmeric in a deep pan then cook on low heat for five minutes.

Add the chili and garlic. Cook for 5-10 mins or until the garlic is slightly crispy.

Remove from heat and add the the salt. Let it cool and serve.
