In a pot, boil the sampaloc until tender. Strain the pulps and skins then press to extract the juices.

In the same pot, place the red onion, tomatoes, black peppercorn, siling pang sigang, pork robs and pork liempo. Boil for 15 mins then lower heat and simmer. Cover the pot and cook the pork until the pork is tender.

Add the radish and cook for 10 mins.

Place sitaw in the pot and cook for 3 mins.

Add the kangkong then cover the pot. Cook for 2 mins

Season with salt and patis. Serve with rice
