Sinigang Sa Ube

Via Facebook: Abe
If purple is the color of royalty, then Abe’s sinigang is king. Ube takes the place of gabi, and offers a thick violet-tinged broth. It is by all means the sinigang you know and love, although sinigang purists might argue otherwise. The ube adds a creamy richness that takes the usual sour tang down a few notches.
